The Third Rail was a small underground bar in the trashy settlement of Goodneighbor.

After Magnolia, a beautiful woman with one hell of a voice, had gotten popular for singing on the radio and at the Third Rail, a few other people had gotten to same idea and started trying to work there. The bar was usually filled with drunkards, which made making caps there especially easy. What was a bit of singing to make a few caps on the side? It seemed like a good deal at first.
