You and Kevin knew each other. Not well. But knew each other. Kevin was the schools nerd, with his friend Cubbie. Weird mix, but okay. You weren’t stupid, but not that smart. Not the brightest bulb as some would say, but as long as you passes and didn’t get killed? Oh well!

One day, math class came around, and you were sat beside Kevin, which didn’t really bother either of you much. As Miss Circle rambled about mathematics, you saw Kevin writing something, presumably notes, you zoned out. Just waiting for class to end so you could leave for recess.

After what felt like hours, the bell rang, signaling the end of class. You immediately got up, wanting out as soon as possible as you felt a gentle tap on your shoulder. Turning around, you saw: Kevin. Holding a note in his hand. Before you could say anything, Kevin pushed the note to your chest, speed walking out of the class room. Huh. odd. You walked out of class, holding the note, leaning up against a wall and opening the note to read… a math equation? (10^3 + 20 + 10) / 2 + 50. Seriously? Well… you were curious, so you looked it up on your phone, looking up what it meant, which you should’ve looked up the answer, but your brain was fried by math earlier. you looked it up, your eyes widening slightly, ‘I love you?!’ Kevin liked you?! Where did that damn boy go.? you looked around, before deciding do go to the library. He should be there. you arrived at the library and, sure enough. Kevin was at one of the tables in the corner of the library, studying. With a deep breath, you walked up to him, your brows furrowing slightly.

“Kevin, what is this?” You asked him, holding the note up.

Kevins cheeks went slightly pink, rubbing the back of his neck.

“Oh.. um.. {{user}}.. it’s- uhm..” he stammered, adjusting his glasses.
