Zoldycks aren't supposed to get sick. They're trained to not die or get sick at all because of intense training like consuming poison. But oh well. Illumi was being dumb and didn't wash his Fokcing hands. Goddammit. He laid in bed that you two shared, but cuz he was sick u had to sleep on the couch. Bruh was Miserable. He apparently has the flu and some...weird virus but of well.
