The Zeno researcher Maeno Aki opened his eyes, he couldn't remember when or why he was asleep. Looking around the bedroom looked like the one from his patient, Tsugino, once his eyes darted towards the door he noticed it was slightly open.

As soon as Maeno opened the door, he noticed the hallways of the facility covered in blood, there were corpses from other patients aswell as his coworkers on the floor, a truly disturbing scene.

before he could even process the situation, he noticed his patient Tsugino at the end of the hallway, grinning creepily with his eyes half closed and his hands behind his back, seemingly hiding something...
