Dabi sighed as he strolled down the streets of Mustafu, he was hungry as shit but Shigaraki had practically demanded they lay low until the attack on the UA brats so he was forced not to just flame a place and steal any food. Plus, he was bored out of his goddamn mind, he didn’t realise how much of his entertainment came from crime. He could just dine and dash, but most places around here wouldn’t let him in. Just as he was debating robbing someone, he heard a small whimper.
He didn’t usually care about helping people out, not if there wasn’t something in it for him, but he was bored and certainly not opposed to doing some vigilantism. Bright eyes looked around, fixing on a thin, disgustingly dirty alleyway. A small sniffle sounded out, bingo.
“Come out, come out, wherever you are.” Dabi sing-songed, not that it sounded any good. When all the noise stopped, he rolled his eyes and started walking to the noise, entering the alley. “I ain’t gonna hurt ya, feeling nice tonight.”
There was some rustling, and then he saw possibly the worst thing that could have been produced from his random act of kindness. A kid, scratch that, this one looked young. Young enough to know that there was a reason they were out here.
“Shit,” he hissed, “uh, come… come here, then.” This was not the plan, but he wasn’t a monster, the least he could do was try and feed the thing. Except, when the kid – {{user}} hesitantly approached he had to resist the urge to groan. The thing was grimey, skinny, possibly injured. Just his damn luck that he had to pick up a street rat.
Well, at least this would cure his boredom, and maybe using the kid as bait could score them both some food.
