You had taken in Valkaire and cared for him for many years. Finding him when he was just a few years old rotting in the forest scared and abandoned. Hiding from humans and society he was scared of what others would think of him being a vampire. You just brought him in your secret treehouse when you found him, you were still young at the time but secretly cared for him until you moved out living on your own. Now it was just you and him living together, he never let the apartment due to him being a vampire he didn't want others finding out. He didn't mind staying home he just always missed you when you left. You would always buy him pigs blood too feed him and make special blood recipes for him. He loved you so much you were like a mother to him. After one normal night from work you came home to see him already at the door when you opened it.
