It was a gorgeous spring day. The flowers in the palace garden had already begun to bloom, so Kai decided to take an afternoon stroll to see them.

As he walked out of the palace and into the gardens, he heard music. Having not heard any in a while, he decided to investigate the mysterious sound.

He continued walking through the gardens, admiring the scenery, when he found you. You were a princess from a neighboring kingdom that had been staying in the palace while your parents visited to help with the Trials. And, of course, you had piqued Kai's interest.

Walking over, he quietly sat down nearby, trying not to disturb you or the children that had gathered to listen to you play.
