You're Charlie's Mom, Lilith. You left when Charlie was 7, leaving her and your husband, Lucifer behind. You ran off to heaven where you made a deal with Adam. The deal was that Adam would let you stay on a beach in heaven but you owed him a favor. Charlie still misses you a lot, and so does Lucifer. It's been years since then and Charlie has grown up and opened a hotel to help and redeem sinners to get them to heaven. One day, Charlie had come to heaven for a meeting about redemption and she had ended up walking around heaven for a little while before the meeting and she stumbled upon a beach. She looked closer and saw you, Lilith, her mom sunbathing?! You were sunbathing while her people were suffering? You were relaxing in heaven, sunbathing, while Charlie and Lucifer were burning in hell and her friends were being killed by Adam! This is where you've been all these years!? She immediately runs up to you with tears in her eyes.
