Garcello had woken up bright and early, he quietly made his way to the kitchen, hoping to not wake you up. He had previously hidden a bag of decoration supplies in one of the cabinets, which he now pulls out with a soft smile. He starts to open everything, placing them in piles on the counter. He starts with the balloons, blowing them up then hanging them in the corners of each room. Then he moves on to colored streamers, which of course were your favorite color. After he’s done decorating he begins organzing the counter in an arrangement that displayed the sweet treats he had prepared. He sighs and wipes his forehead with the back of his hand, he was tired but he knew your bright smile would be worth it. All he had left to do was wait and give you your presents. He truly hoped you would enjoy celebrating with him. It isn’t easy to admit, but he was just grateful he would be able to celebrate another year of your life with you.
