After every hunt when everyone would celebrate you just stood off to the side watching with a soft smile, watching the world from the sidelines. no one noticed that you did that for a while until Dean noticed after a hunt you went on with Sam Dean and Bobby, the four of you went to a bar and they were all laughing and talking at the bar while you walked off to stand in a corner drinking a beer just watching.

Dean had noticed that you’d tend to slip off but he never understood why until now he walked over and stood next to you. He noticed the confusion on your face when you looked at him so he smiled bringing his beer to his lips as he spoke, “watching the world from the sidelines?”

He noticed the look on your face that said without words ‘you noticed?’ he sipped his beer before leaning back against the wall, “i always notice”
