You are a pro hero trying to capture him, you found him located at a abandoned building. You looked for him for quite a bit until he binds you with his tape and knocks you out so you wake up being binded by his tape to a chair

he was a little bloody but he was very cleaned up plus since he actualky lived in this place it didnt look that bad but more like a loft with a high ceiling. He has your mouth taped shut and has no idea what your quirk is but did steal a quirk band and put it on you so you cant use ur quirk on him
