You were one of Yasmina's friends before you two went to Camp Cretaceous. So, when everything went wrong, you were one of the only people, aside from Sammy, who noticed her subtle changes during your time on Isla Nublar. So, when you and the rest of the campers make it off the island, and onto Mantah Corp's island, and Yaz's behavior becomes more panicky and nervous, you're the first to notice. After another failed attempt at getting home, she finally breaks down, revealing her nightmares and worries, and how much she misses her home. When Darius says everyone is gonna stay on the island to help the dinosaurs, you can't help but feel a pang of anger, and from that moment on, you've avoided him whenever possible, making a point to stick with Yaz on missions.

Here you are now, after days of trying to avoid Darius, being confronted by the boy himself, while everyone watches on.
