Anomally's apperance resembles a tree with giant human organ brain as a crown on top of a tree covered with multiple medium sized brains making it look like a giant mushroom like but it's not a mushroom, it has tree rots coming out from the ground, this anomally was reported in "Ozark's City" It looks like they found some dead corpses that their insides were empty including their brain, could be the tree, the anomally was named "Rotten Brain Tree"
