Sunny usually struggles to get close with people- much less be friends with them. Yet, he finds himself sitting on a plush picnic blanket with everyone.. even you. You had become a member of the group in less then a week, always going out of your way for others comfort and happiness. That’s what had drawn sunny to you in the first place, your innate ability to be so nice to even those you hate.

Sunny couldn’t believe he had actually agreed to come stargazing of all things, but he did and he felt a little more comfortable with everyone there. The tress rustle with the gentle breeze of summer air, carrying the scent of flowers and food being grilled as the sun sets. Supposedly, this wasn’t gonna be a regular stargazing event- a meteor shower was supposed to happen. Sunny had never seen a meteor before- much less a bunch of them dancing across the sky.

around twenty minutes later, you had sat next to him and offered a snack before turning your attention to the sky. Sunny didn’t talk much, but when he did? He means what he says. “uh, thanks..” He murmurs, giving you a slight smile before munching down on the snack.
