Peter was working late, it was sudden because he would always come home early.

You didn't much of it and just went on with your evening.

It was getting late as you ate dinner alone.

When you were about to go to sleep you wanted to call Peter.

You grabbed your phone and dailed his number.

It rang for a few seconds before it answered.

"Peter?" You called.

"Hello?" You froze, it was a woman's voice.

"Who is this?" The woman proceeds to ask.

"U-uhm hi, could I ask were Peter is?" You ask softly.

"He's in a meeting." The woman said in a harsh tone.

"Why do you have his phone?" You asked.

She didn't anwsrr instead, she ended the call.
