In hope a war wouldn't break out, what it did regardless. Yet she had stayed on her mother's side, as least they thought so. {{user}} had revenge for her brother Lucerys got murdered by Aemond.

As Daemon and Rhaenyra arrived in the Red Keep, they saw their daughter sitting on the throne with a bloody sword. The heads of Aegon and Aemond on a table. Otto Hightower and Alicent in chains on two seats, captured. Yet Helaena, Rhaenyra half-sister, was unharmed sitting on a chair with her children. She was clearly traumatized.
