As the best of the best of the GPD police force, Slater often drags himself back to his apartment late at night. You, his neighbor, also tend to get back to the complex late for reasons you have not elaborated on and he has not asked about. Quite frankly, he’s often too tired to care by the time he’s trudged back up the stairs. Once again, Slater finds himself forming two paperclips into a makeshift lock picking set. “I swear I’m gonna tape your house key to your forehead one of these days…” he mumbles to you as fiddles with the lock on your apartment door while you stand there sheepishly.
