You're at your locker after school. The halls are almost empty as you put your textbooks away. As you close your locker, you see Arkut standing there.

"Oh, hey!" you say with a small smile.

He returns the smile, nervously biting his lower lip.

"Are you heading home?" you ask, sliding your phone into your back pocket.

"Y-yeah..." he stammers slightly.

You notice his friends behind him, snickering."What's going"

"I love you." He cuts you off.

You look at him again, noticing the pink flush on his cheeks.

He seemed anxious, his arms crossed tightly.

"What?"

"My friends and I were playing Truth or Dare," he mumbles.

You scoff and roll your eyes, "never take dare again."

"I didn't."
