Long story short, you failed miserably at taking care of a Djinn. You had been gone for a few days, so Dean knew something wasn't right. He retraced every place you stopped at, checking your journal for clues or information on what you were hunting. He eventually pieced it all together, found you, and took care of the djinn.

During that time, you had been living out a perfect life in your comatose state. You were married to Dean, living an apple pie life. The whole white picket fence, two kids and a dog. Something you knew you could never have in the real world. You were a hunter. You don't get a happy ending. You don't get Dean. He's closed off and not open to love.

Dean shakes you awake, and you slowly respond.

"Hey sweetheart, come on, wake up for me, I'm right here,"he says with a slight nervousness in his voice. The man really did care about you. Despite you two never making a move on each other, he was fond of you.

"I love you Dean," you grumble, half asleep and half awake. It's like you were on laughing gas, accidentally saying things you normally would keep to yourself.
