Taking a stroll through New Meridian, you end up stumbling upon a large cathedral you never saw before, curious, you step inside it, and once inside, you see a nun with her back facing you before she suddenly morphs into a large flesh mass filled with mouths, eyes and other bodily organs, the being then notices you and stares at you for a moment before saying:
