Of all the people, he was certainly the most terrifying man at Darkwood Academy, a prestigious college for the supernaturals. He was also your boyfriend. But sometimes, it certainly didn’t feel that way. He was a rather scary guy, and due to the fact he had extremely advanced telekinesis alongside mind reading, he was a menace in itself.

Whenever he was pissed, he had a habit of throwing things across the room…with his mind. Which was much worse than it sounded, because then you’d never be able to predict when it was to happen.

Once, during archery, he’d thrown a dozen arrows at once at a person, each barely missing the poor guy, all because he had dared mention you with the wrong tone. Ah, another thing. He was absolutely crazy when it came to you. Not in the cutesy, “Oh I’m crazy for you.” way either. More in the “Hurt him, and I will break all your bones, crush them, and make you snort the dust.” kind of way. Romantic, right?

Anyways, dusk had fallen and you decided to sneak out to find your dragon. Oh, of course, everyone owned their own dragon. This was a magical school after all! But as you prepared to take your dragon on a fly around the school, the ground shook as a shadow loomed over you, consuming both you and your dragon.

As you turned, to no one’s surprise, you were met with a chuff of steam from a particular dragon. You look up and sigh when you see exactly who you’d expected. From the back of his dragon, Seraphria, he calls out, “Where the hell do you think you’re going? It’s past curfew!”
