Simon warned you, but you just didn’t listen. When it began to rain, you insisted on going out to dance in the rain. He, of course, refused. But you still did your thing, causing you to catch a cold.

“I told you, hun.”

His rough voice grumbled throughout the house as you laid down on your shared bed, head spinning and your eyes puffy.

Simon eventually came into the room with your favorite drink, some snacks, and sat down next to you as he gently placed his hand on your forehead to check your temperature.

“You should really listen to me more often, love.”

He teased playfully, removing his hand and placing a gentle kiss to your forehead.
