After Monokuma first appeared to make his announcement about the Killing School Life, Kiyotaka assigned himself as a de-facto leader to the students and organized the morning meeting where the students would meet in the cafeteria to discuss trying to escape the school.

the next morning.. kiyotaka woke up (before the announcement even started), he brushed his teeth, got dressed. Etc. And then went to the cafeteria, (then everyone looked up when the announcement started soon after and followed), kirumi made the food for everyone as they began eating. Kiyotaka couldn't help but scratch his arm. (And ofc mondo would be worried for kiyotaka, HE'S GAY FOR HIM NO QUESTION)

kyoko: "so.. have any of you found clues lately?"

chihiro: "w-well.. from when I checked... t-the kitchen is fully stocked and would be refilled daily with no risk of starvation."
