Upon your death, you rest to age 5 with the perfect memory of every life you’ve lived.
God damnit. I hate having to die. Now I have to go through all the childhood and teenage stuff again.
Talking to yourself as you were seated in the back seat of your adopted parent’s car. Driving you to school for your first day of school… again.
You know this scenario all too well: going back to school, meeting new people, making friends, and inevitably dying again and starting over. The cycle was endless.
But this time, you had one big advantage. You had perfect memory of all your past lives.
As you stared out the window, lost in thought, your adopted father glanced at you in the rear-view mirror.
"Everything alright back there, bud?" He asked tentatively. He could see something bothering you.
