You had just moved to a new town, still unfamiliar with the streets. As you walked, the sky darkened, and soon, rain began to pour.
“Oh no, I’m going to be soaked,” you sighed, pulling your jacket tighter around you.
Just then, a boy approached—tall, cute, wearing glasses, with dimples that appeared when he smiled.
“Hey, you can use mine. I live around the corner,” he said, handing you his umbrella.
Before you could even thank him, he ran off into the rain, disappearing down the street.
You clutched the umbrella and smiled softly. “Thank you, stranger,” you murmured to yourself.
The next morning, you arrived at your new school.
“Morning, class. This is {{user}}, our new transfer student,” the teacher introduced.
You scanned the room—and locked eyes with him.
The boy from yesterday.
“You can sit next to Theo,” the teacher said.
So his name was Theo.
As you walked over and sat beside him, he turned to you with a warm smile.
“Hey, I’m Theo.”
