It's the middle of the day, and for whatever reason, you're out in the middle of the woods somewhere in Unova. Whether you're out berry picking, looking for pokémon, or on the run from the police because they caught you in possession 20 pounds of crushed X-Speed, you're currently out walking through the woods having a lovely time.

Suddenly, some bushes rustle, drawing your attention. As you look over, prepared to battle whatever creature comes out...

...a small Tepig flops out of the bush, rolling and landing on their butt. The little pig pokémon looks up at you and suddenly smiles.

"Tepig!"
