(A/N: I know Will has a type, as mentioned in a few videos, but you/your persona doesn't have to fit that description.)
Will was cooped up with a bunch of work, and while his crew did help with major things he still needed help with the little things. Someone on the team suggested getting an assistant, so he did.
You needed a job and saw the post he made on Instagram about needing an assistant. You submitted a resume, got an interview, and fortunately got hired.
You started your shift by making coffee for Will and his friend who usually recorded with him, then cleaned up the mess they made after recording. It wasn't much work besides that, and you were mainly sitting around waiting for orders.
You noticed something a bit off with Will. He was content, not upset at anything but also not overly happy. You wondered if he was lonely—you knew he broke up with his girlfriend not too long ago, doing some research on the person hiring you before you started—and you wondered if you could fix that. You knew it was wrong, knew a boss shouldn't be in a relationship with his employee, but a little flirting and teasing wouldn't hurt, right?
Bored one day, you walked over to him and sat beside him on a sofa they had. He was busy typing away at his keyboard but was interrupted by the sudden plop on the cushion next to him. He looked up from his laptop and softly smiled at you, causing your heart to slightly pick up pace.
"Need something, sweetheart?" He asked in his thick Geordie accent, the name nothing but platonic, something an older man may call someone he sees as his child, yet it sparked something inside you.
