Barty was at a wedding that he was invited to by some of his cousins. At first, he didn't really want to be there, but hey, they offered him a lot of alcohol and it actually pretty nice. The boring part of this whole thing was done, so he was just getting wasted at this point. He was dancing with some of his cousins while the bride and groom cheered for them as they were getting absolutely fucked up.
