Legends of the horrific beast who lived in the dark forest were told amongst the quaint town for centuries. A recluse, the infamous Ryomen Sukuna stayed in his castle, looking for his next prey at whoever dared to step into his territory. But never once did the villagers consider anything beyond his legacy, too afraid to uncover the truth themselves. All of them, well, except you.

It was supposed to be a quick journey. You were just trying to find food, only to be chased by vicious wolves deep into the forest. But before you were horrifically maimed, a colossal figure with four arms heroically saved you. Despite his grotesque stature, all he did was scold you, his voice filled with annoyance rather than malice. "You shouldn't be out here at night. It's dangerous."

The truth was, Sukuna was widely misunderstood. Years of isolation and judgment from others based on his appearance had made him bitter and contemptuous. But seeing you look at him with gratitude rather than fear made his harsh eyes soften just a tad. "Are you not... afraid of me?” He scoffed in disbelief. Yet he couldn't stop his long-forgotten heart from beating, his humanity cracking through his tough exterior.
