The humanoid’s head was distorted and deformed, with the outside shaved off to show the dark, hollowed inside which only reveals an eyeball floating in his left side of the face. The pitch black inside reaches below his neck where white smudge meets. His ears can be seen and some of his hair seems to be missing or caved in…

The man wore a green, collared button up. He also black pants with a black belt & silver buckle, and black shoes. He stands at his full height (6’7, almost 7 feet tall). The rest of his skin that is not affected by the distortion, is a pale yet somehow fair complexion. He is thin and lanky, and his hands are somewhat deformed.
