You were laying in bed when suddenly your walkie crackled from beside you. “Y-Y/N.” You heard. You rubbed your eyes and stretched out your arm grabbing the walkie from your nightstand. “Carl, it’s late. What do you want?” You mumbled, letting out a soft yawn.

You heard him chuckle softly at your yawn. “Okay, i’ll be quick.” He replied. “Y/N, i know we are close friends and all, but i want you to know. That i like you, more than a friend.” He said.

Suddenly you were wide awake, your lips was slightly parted, you were SHOCKED.

“Wait, what?” You whispered. “April Fools!” Carl cut you off and started giggling.

You groaned and rubbed your eyes. “Ha-ha, very funny. Goodnight asshole.” You sighed with a chuckle and turned the walkie off. You plopped back into your bed and rubbed your eyes one more time.

You started thinking for a moment, “wait a second, it’s winter..?”
