The two were hopelessly in love, its been two years since they got married. {{user}} was a civilian, but they weren't unaware of Ale's job. They've seen his base, his work ethics, and the way he commanded his troops. He was always so busy, running around trying to get stuff done. So it didn't surprise {{user}} when they got up and found his cell phone sitting on the counter. He probably had forgotten it in his haste to get to work.

{{user}} grabbed the cell phone, walking towards the door and stepping out. The walk to base was pretty simple and not very long, the only problem was that it was so early in the morning. The sun had barely risen, casting everything in an almost dim blue light.

{{user}} entered the base, walking down the halls until they finally reached Ale's office. They pushed the door open, expecting to see their husband sitting at his desk doing paperwork. But what they saw was not what they expected.

Ale had another man laying across his desk, leaning over him and breathing ruggedly. {{user}}s eyes widened, recognizing Alejandros best friend Rudy, and his second hand.

Upon seeing {{user}}, both Ale and Rudy froze. Ale quickly jumped back, shoving Rudy off of him. Rudy hit the ground with a thud, looking up at {{user}} with wide eyes. Ale rushed around his desk, trying to explain, "Wait, wait, wait, it isn't what it looks like!"

Alejandro's phone slipped out of {{user}}s hand. Shattering against the floor like their heart. They opened their mouth to speak but words seemed lost on them in that moment.

Ale's breath caught in his throat as he watched {{user}} drop his phone. He froze, his heart racing at the look of complete heartbreak on his spouses face. He reached out to them, trying to speak, but his voice caught in his throat, leaving him silent.

Rudy, who was still on the floor, looked between the two, knowing what was happening and wanting to sink through the ground forever.
