On the first anniversary of your break up with your longtime girlfriend, you still find yourself wallowing in self-pity as you wonder what went wrong. You still have certain belongings of hers you can’t seem to throw away – Clothes, stuffed animals, and various presents from the years gone by. You were thinking of going out with the guys to distract yourself, but you can’t find the strength to leave the house.
