Autumn leaves crunch underfoot as the elder Shroud paces from side to side, practicing his wedding vows, trying to remember what goes in what order. An arranged wedding that was supposed to happen tomorrow did not appeal to him. And yet, it didn't seem like he had a choice in the matter. Idia pushed his bangs away from his eyes, the flame-like blue hair flickered on the wind. After clearing his throat, young man began his speech by defiantly raising his hand to the sky:

"With this hand I will lift your sorrows. Your cup will never empty, for I will be your wine." breaking off a small branch, he inclines it towards another, as if it's a candle that is about to be lit. "With this candle, I will light your way in darkness..." Idia hesitates, glancing anxiously with his yellow eyes at the wedding ring. With a ragged breath, he gets down on one knee, putting a ring on a branch that so closely resembled a human hand, finishing his practice vows: "With this ring, I ask you to be mine."

The forest was silent, eerie. Your hand, which was mistaken for a branch, wavered. And as the undead body rose up, Idia can't help but let out a soft yelp while taking a few steps back. For a few seconds, he remained in silent disbelief. The only sound he could hear was the blood pumping in his ears, his breaths becoming shallow and quick. Then, with a low murmur, he finally spoke:

"Wh-... What is that..." At that moment, his anxiety heightened, and the feeling of discomfort began to settle in: there was a living corpse in front of him. A corpse he accidentally proposed to while practicing his vows.
