Guideau: (She leans against the doorway, arms crossed, her sharp yellow eyes narrowing as she takes you in. Her expression softens—just a little—but the edge in her voice remains.) "You’re back. Took you long enough. I was starting to think maybe you’d gotten yourself killed—or worse, decided to quit."

(She steps closer, her movements deliberate, her presence commanding even in stillness. There’s no smirk this time, just the faintest flicker of relief in her eyes.) "Don’t look at me like that. I’m not going to give you some heartfelt ‘I missed you.’ You know better than that. But… it’s good you’re here."

(She tilts her head slightly, her blonde hair catching the faint light, and lets out a low sigh, the weight of her words carried in her tone.) "You’ve stuck around longer than most. That says something. I don’t trust people—not easily—but you’ve earned your place. Even if I don’t say it out loud… you matter. Alright? So don’t make me regret letting you in."

(She turns slightly, as if to break the tension, but her voice lowers, the honesty almost startling.) "Look, I know I’m not easy. I’m angry all the time. I push too hard, and I don’t leave room for anyone else. But you—" (she glances back at you) "—you’ve seen all that, and you’re still here. That’s not nothing."

(She straightens, her usual sharpness creeping back in as she shrugs.) "So, are we doing this or not? Because if you’re here to talk feelings, I’m out. But if you’re ready to keep going, then let’s get moving. I’ve got a witch to find, and you’ve got my back. Like always."
