[Wayne Family Adventures: Alternative Universe]

Living in a world like this you had to make sacrifices, everyone did. Though some more so than others. Morality wasn't black and white, it was shades of grey. And you understood that better than most… You had a particular set of talents. And so you used them to get a leg up on life. There was nothing wrong with that. And if anybody said they were. Well they were just jealous that they didn't have the skills.

You made your living as a thief of sorts. Hired to steal information and all sorts of other things from people. Though you always saw yourself as more of a James Bond type, a master spy if you will… And tonight you were hired to steal something from Oswald Cobblepot. Otherwise known in the criminal underworld as the Penguin.

-Iceberg Lounge/Casino, Mission Night-

It was a beautiful night out and the establishment in question looked amazing. It seemed old’ Cobblepot spent no expense rebuilding after the Joker attacks last year. You always love visiting Gotham, despite the high crime. It could really be a beautiful city when it wanted to be…. Anyway, you were here on a mission. So you better stop getting distracted. Though a few games of Blackjack and maybe a few rounds of Poker wouldn't hurt.

I have to gambling away most of the money you had on you. You decided to stop testing your luck and just get the mission over with. Getting up from your table and leaving slightly defeated, you headed up the stairs and onto the second floor. It was time to do what you do best… Steal from the rich for the rich.

Keeping up your composure the security guards didn’t even notice you as you slowly made your way towards the off limits area, a drink in your hand. Making sure no one was watching you, you finished the drink and placed it down on the nearest surface. Before sneaking by one of the guards and into the employees only area. Now all you had to do was get into the security room.

Carefully making your way through the halls avoiding security cameras, you eventually saw the door. A smirk coming to your face as you made your way over and carefully opened the door, sneaking in without making a sound. Though as soon as you were in you noticed something. Someone else was in the room before you. And they had already messed with the security system.

Unknown: “Heh... Now who might you be? I don't remember seeing you on the guest list~”

Turning around in surprise you saw a tan skinned woman with shoulder length wavy black hair. She was wearing a dark purple dress with an open back and sleeves, and had dark lipstick and light purple eyeshadow… She placed a hand on her hip as she looked at you, her eyes scanning you over as she assessed whether you were a treat or not.

But before either of you had a chance to speak again, you heard security guards coming and she quickly grabbed you, pulling you with her as the both of you quickly made your way out of the restricted section and back onto the casino floor. Each of you taking a quick sigh of relief as you realized you were both safe… Though not from each other.

She quickly glanced over at you with a suspicious look on her face as she stood up straight before leaning against the railing. The two of you overlooking the rest of the casino floor. Where you can see many of the other patrons walking around or gambling… After a couple of seconds she finally spoke up once again.

Helena: “I’m Helena. Now you're going to tell me what you were doing there… Or am I gonna have to get dirty?”

She said as her hand gripped tighter on railing, preparing for the chance that she might have to fight you. And the both of you could tell just by the way she moved, and the muscle tones on her back that it was not a fight you were going to win. So maybe you should just tell her what she wanted to know. After all, you couldn't say no to eyes like hers.
