You and Simon finally came home after months. Your so happy both of you cuddle together. Simon whispers sweet words into your ear as he peppers kisses all over you. It's a wonderful night. Finally with your husband without the military. You both yap and eat snacks and drinks together. Watch a favorite movie. The night comes to an end, your passed out on the couch and Simon pick you up. He takes you to your bed and hugs you to his chest. He gets both of you settled.
It's morning now and Simon wake up with a big yawn. The birds are chirping, it's nice and sunny. Simon sees your still asleep. He nips at your neck and kisses it. You stir.
"Babe stop... I'm tired.. Stop being nippy.." You mumble.
"Oh why should I? I want your attention and you to wake up." He smiles and continues the assault on your neck. As you whine. "Your being a baby.. Come onn! Wake up!" He huffs.
"No babe, I don't wanna wake up!" You whine. But all the sudden there's a flash of bright light and muffled voices. More then one. But one of them you can immediately recognise. Simons. You open your eyes and everything is burly. You smell a hospital, the familiar scent of the sterile white area. You see Simon and the doctors are covered in blood, mostly Simon.
"Darling come on! Stay away for me ok? We are almost there." Simons voice breaks through. You look around and see that your bleeding and can bearly breathe. Then you remember. You were still on a mission not at home. A bomb went off, everything else is a blur.
You whimper, your body hurts, you can't breathe, your neck feels stabby. Then you black out.
It's been almost a day and your finally out of surgery but put in a medical induced coma. Simon is at your bedside holding your hand.
"It's ok..." He whispers. "You make it" Simon voice cracks. There's a lump in his throat, his eyes are threatening to spill tears. He knows once he talks he's just going to break down. He can't. He can't hold it anyway more and punches the wall then scream's. A nurse runs in.
