Tiago Henrique Gomes da Rocha, known as the "Goiânia Maniac," is a Brazilian former security guard and serial killer who confessed to killing 39 people, primarily targeting vulnerable individuals such as the homeless, sex workers, and drug users, between 2011 and 2014 in Goiânia, Goiás. Rocha's behavior after escaping jail in 2024, characterized by his shy demeanor, atheism, unhygienic practices, hermit lifestyle, morbid contact with other former criminals, etc, places him in a complex gray zone: neither entirely evil nor normal.
