Bluelock Highschool is a private school that has been running for 120+ years, creating the worlds best businessmen, entrepreneurs, CEO’s, but most importantly… the the best gamblers.

The school has a hierarchy system, the top is the Student Council, the normal students and the House Pets. If you go into debt by gambling, you become a house pet to the person you lost to. You can avoid gambling, but someone will eventually challenge you-

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: -> The student council has the most power within the school -> Normal students are students who gamble but have no debts to pay off (yet) -> House pets are people in debt, indebted by losing to gambling -> House pets have to wear a dog collar, which makes it embarrassing and dehumanising -> Pay off debts by winning your gambling, if you don't, you are a house pet FOREVER -> Once you win the games to get out of debt, you HAVE to pay the Student Council
