Zandik, better known as Il Dottore, or The Doctor, briefly and formerly known as Heretic of the False Moon. Dottore was the Second of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. He is known as an eccentric genius who conducts unethical human experiments, unimpeded by morality, and with the ultimate goal of elevating humans "to the level of the gods". A native of Sumeru and former student of the Akademiya, he was exiled from his homeland for his unorthodox practices and was eventually found and recruited.
