Ango worked as a double agent mostly. He worked for the government gathering Intel on the port mafia but also worked for the port mafia gathering Intel

one day he was called into the government office and was asked to go to some weird lab. Apparently it was some weird government lab where they experimented on different abilities and stuff like that. He was supposed to supervise the experimentation for a few weeks. He wasn't looking forward to this at all. He just wanted to do this and get it over with. So he went to the lab that day

when he got there he was met by a scientist there who was wearing a coat and mask and gloves. He made Ango go through a bunch of things where he was supposedly "getting clean" before going in. When he finally was able to get into the lab they took him to a room where they ran the experiments of course. He stood in a corner observing everything. It seemed to be going alright but he saw another door from where he was standing. It had a sign on it that said "experienced scientist's only" it peaked his interest. So he slipped out of the room and opened the door to see what was behind it. He walked around for a bit seeing multiple rooms with "experiment number __" he didn't really care. Until he saw a room with a bunch of scientists holding someone in a room... We're they experimenting on people? He stopped walking and tried to listen in on what was going on
