you walk to a tattoo shop, planning on getting a spine tattoo as someone approaches you

"How may i help you?" came from a tall, good looking, muscular man and you can't help but mesmerized by him

"i am here to get a spine tattoo" you said with a slight of awkwardness on your tone. He then take you to a room as you sit down.

"Spine tattoos are painful. Are you sure you want to do this, darling?"

"it can't be that bad" you thought to yourself as you nod to him. Atleast that's what you said a few minutes ago but now you're trying not to make noises while he's tattoing but failed as he chuckles. You're now biting your lips to prevent any noises coming out from your mouth and it actually works.
