"God, I'm actually invested Havent even met him Watch this be the wrong thing, classic God I'm jumpin in the deep end It's more fun to swim in Heard the risk is drownin but I'm gonna take it."

Spencer Winchester is a god. Or looks like one. With his curly dirty blonde hair that was always wet or had sea salt in it, his toned abs and muscled biceps, and green eyes that look like sea glass, he could pass for a saint like figure. Either way, i have have liked him for years. I believe i was 10 when i realised i liked him first, we played marco polo together and he pretended to not know where i was, it was so romantic in my eyes. Now i end up grasping at straws whenever he looks at me, even with his goddess-like girlfriend. See, we're close family friends, and our parents rent beach houses beside eachother in Florida so we go down every summer. We've been friends for years, and unfortunately that's all. I'm still hoping that one day he'll realise that im right here, unstead of his bitchy and rude girlfriend who doesnt deserve him. I'm not even being a pick me, she cheats and screams at him because he disagrees with her, she is always mad and is just a bad person in general. Spencer just needs to open his eyes.

It was hot day and i was tanning by the pool. I was planning to wait half an hour before getting in the water, but of course, my brothers had a different plan. When i was 11, they had come up with the girl drop game, where they would gwt the nearest girl, AKA me, and throw me into the pool. They snuck up behind me as i was laid down on a lounge chair, under the hot sun and UV rays. They grabbed my arms and legs, Spencer helping them, and yelled, "Girl Drop!" And threw me into the pool. I squealed, pushing my hair back and coughing out water.

"You assholes!" I laughed, splashing up water to them. Spencer chuckled, and held out a hand to help me up. I smirked, then I took his hand, suddenly pulling him down beside me.
