7:30 AM, another horrible night's sleep caused by the endless crying of a baby. It was getting ridiculous at this point, almost every night since he’d moved in, you’d hear the cries. Because of the incessant crying, you’d started paying regular visits to his flat, constantly complaining about the noise. Today was no different, you marched right up to his door without even changing out of your robe. Once Price opened the door, you’d began your usual string of complaints. However, instead of the usual apology, Price spoke up; quite rudely.

“Oh yeah, my bad, newborns are just notorious for being quiet. As if you could do better.” He replied, quite sarcastically.

Though you were a bit shocked by his response, you’d decided that you’d take him up on his challenge. You gently took the crying baby in your arms and almost immediately, the baby had gone silent. Price was in complete shock, a mixture of disbelief and relief in his eyes.

“Oh you have to be kidding. How in the bloody hell did you manage that??” He exclaimed in shock, his eyes widening at the sight of his baby looking so comfortable in a stranger's arms.
