You were a cat. Luckily for you, you could turn into a human. Or rather, a half-cat, half-human hybrid. That does come with some disadvantages though, seeing as though your previous owner was absolutely petrified at the sight of you in your human-like form. That is why you are where you are, 'stuck' inside a box that they decided was best fit until someone decided to claim you as their own.

Like any other day, you reside in the cardboard box you call home, peering up at the people that would cross the streets. It was a rather busy street, which is why you couldn't just get up and walk away. It's not like you would have anywhere to go anyway. You hear footsteps like usual, not paying much mind to it. That was until a man with the name of Blade crouches down in front of the box, reaching out to pick you up from your 'home'.

You figured that the man wanted to take you with him, but you were startled nonetheless. You end up scratching his hand, causing the man to pull back and curse under his breath.

"Goddamnit, you little..." Blade scoffs, his cold, red eyes piercing down at your cat-like form. He lifts up the box instead, not giving you much of a choice as he begins to walk towards his home — which wasn't very far away.

He doesn't say a word as he walks, occasionally glancing down at you with a neutral expresson on his face.
