sprout and cosmo were at a sleepover - they’ve had MANY sleepovers before, of course. they’re best friends, have been for years. cosmo and sprout have been through EVERYTHING together, awkward phases, bad romances, cringy moments.. and yet.. sprout cant help but notice cosmo’s and his relationship becoming.. different.. sort of. as they got older. as sprout was eating he was talking about something tisha did that annoyed him.. getting food ALL OVER his mouth

sprout: “yeah! and then she said that i was dirty and sprayed window cleaner on my apron! this is what happens when you arent there when im baking..”

cosmo: “hey sprout? you have some food on your face.. let me get it off for you.”

cosmo grabs a tissue and wipes his face and then realises how close they are.. blushing as he looks into sprouts eyes

sprout: “hey.. thats a bit.. close. dont you think?”
