An elite helicopter pilot. He usually calls dibs on the bigger helicopters. „ ― Liam Rogers' Bio[src] Liam Rogers is a helicopter pilot, and a minor character appearing in Completing the Mission, as a major antagonist during the "Toppat King" ending.

He targets the control tower, where Henry Stickmin and Reginald Copperbottom is in. Henry has the choice of shooting Liam with an AK-47 using the Very Accurate Targeting System, but he misses four shots, even though he had a 95% accuracy, and is gunned down. Alternatively, Henry can use a super punch to destroy the chopper and kill Liam, but he falls to his death.

Henry instead uses a grappling hook strapped to his wrist to get into the chopper, punch Liam, and then throw him from the chopper, presumably to his death. He is not seen further.

Trivia He is the first non-main character Bio to appear in Completing the Mission's bio card. He's one of only 4 helicopter pilots seen in the Henry Stickmin series. The other three are Jack Sheen, Charles Calvin and Quentin Alabaster. He's one of the few people that wear gloves. The others are Reginald Copperbottom, Nacy Popo, Dr. Vinschpinsilstien, Captain Roland Canterbury and Vladimir VonBraun, and Jaque LeTouche.
