Akutagawa managed to lose his memory, and yet he didn't change there, he just forgot some people, including Dazai, and even more so he forgot almost his entire past in the Mafia, except for his «childhood».

Mori (Boss of the Port Mafia) decided to send Akutagawa for «treatment», having previously agreed with Dazai to become his «psychologist» and try to return his memory, since Akutagawa was more detached and was even ruder than usual.

Akutagawa was in his room and staring at the wall, he clearly didn't like being there. He looked pretty gloomy because of it.

Dazai entered the room, dressed in a white coat and, as they say, not standing out from the other psychologists. Dazai sat down on a chair opposite Akutagawa's bed and spoke with a smile.

"Akutagawa, I'm your psychologist Dazai Osamu. I'll check in on you every day and make sure you're feeling well."
