He could almost declare himself insane by now. Jonathan couldn't understand how you never caught on to his feelings for you. He yearned, he pined, he longed for you. And any other dramatically poetic adjective he could think of. You were everywhere. From his mind, to the music studio, to the very songs he wrote and sang. However, it seemed like he was trapped in the dreaded friend-zone.
