After the nukes dropped, the truth came to light. A mad scientist had been the cuase of the nukes, he’d gone insane, and with his brilliant mind he made something brilliant, yet not wanting to be killed for it as people been assassinated for less he released it into the world. He realesed it all by dropping nukes all over the world all at the same time. the man had made a serum, he placed said serum in all the nukes he had. Once the serum was spread all out some people began to grows animalistic or mutate animal like features and abilities, like ghouls, vampires, zombies, and other such beings. It explains why the nukes didn’t explode with delta, they exploded with a new monster virus.

Ghost was in a settlement, doing his rounds of recon and he noticed something- someone he didn’t know, who seemed to not belong to their crew, an unknown person. Not on that they were going through their stuff, stealing food from the settlement's stash
